The Role

• Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards with a keen eye for detail.
• Drive customer satisfaction through appealing displays, expert advice, and exceptional service.
• Independently develop and execute sales-promoting initiatives.
• Manage all aspects of the department, including cost and revenue development, inventory, pricing, and product flow.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail.
• Profound knowledge of products and a strong understanding of freshness and quality.
• A solution-oriented and results-driven approach with structured and conscientious execution.
• Excellent teamwork, customer focus, and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts between Monday and Saturday.
