Job Description

Erzieher oder Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) | Prien am Chiemsee, Germany | On-site We are seeking dedicated and qualified professionals for our children and youth department. Join a leading national psychosomatic and internationally recognized clinic group known for its academic partnerships and comprehensive patient care, treating approximately 3,100 patients annually. The Role • Organize and structure the daily clinic routine, supporting planning and coordination for patients and the team. • Participate in co-therapeutic sessions, picking up and deepening themes from individual or group therapies. • Provide first-line intervention in acute situations, offering competent support to ensure stability and safety. • Lead therapy groups focused on relaxation techniques, mindfulness, social skills, and skill training. • Support patients during meals, assisting them in developing a healthy relationship with food, especially those with eating disorders. • Work within a structured shift system to ensure continuous patient care and support. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as an Educator (Erzieher) or Specialist in Curative Education (Heilerziehungspfleger) (m/f/d). • Ideally, experience in psychosomatics/psychiatry or residential group care for people with disabilities (though not essential). • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a genuine passion for the work. • A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach to patients and their families. • Curiosity for new topics and a drive for professional development.
