Job description

Lead and coach sales representatives while driving profitable commercial and industrial growth across an assigned market. Develop sales strategies, pursue new business, retain customers, manage major municipal and government opportunities, and coordinate with operations to align customer needs with service capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, train, and mentor sales representatives in prospecting, pipeline management, retention, and closing.
  • Set sales expectations and monitor team activity, pipeline, retention, and new-revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies for profitable commercial and industrial sales growth.
  • Build relationships with commercial, industrial, government, and municipal customers.
  • Support proposals, pro formas, pricing, and bid packages for significant opportunities.
  • Coordinate with operations and internal teams to align customer expectations with service capabilities.
