Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Java and React.js to lead application development and provide technical solutions for enterprise applications.

Responsibilities
  • Java application development and provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Design and develop scalable applications using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
  • Develop responsive front-end applications using React.js and Redux.
  • Design and integrate REST APIs.
  • Work with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker environments.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure application quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of overall software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java and React.js.
  • Previous experience in a Lead Developer role.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented design and design patterns.
  • Experience working in onsite/offshore delivery models.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
