Cloud Engineer III

Key Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and maintain Dynatrace infrastructure components, including Cluster Nodes, ActiveGates, and OneAgent deployments
Support enterprise observability platforms across on-premises, cloud, and colocation environments
Develop, implement, and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies
Build and support automation solutions using Ansible Automation Platform (Ansible Tower) and scripting technologies
Design, implement, and support CI/CD pipelines to streamline platform deployment and operational processes
Perform system administration activities, including platform configuration, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization
Execute component patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities to maintain platform stability and security
Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams on observability platform design and implementation strategies
Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual administration efforts
Monitor platform health, analyze performance metrics, and resolve infrastructure-related issues
Maintain technical documentation, deployment standards, operational procedures, and support runbooks
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure observability solutions align with enterprise technology standards and business requirements

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience
Bachelor's Degree
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional
AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate
Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
Dynatrace Associate Certification
Ansible Automation Platform Certification
