Assistant Project Manager

Job Title: Assistant Project Manager (Commercial Fit Out) Location: Manchester Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + Benefits Experience, Knowledge &amp; Qualifications For this role you should possess the following: Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or a related discipline (preferred)<br />Full UK Driving Licence and own transport<br />Strong communication and organisational skills<br />Eagerness to develop a career within the commercial fit out sector<br />Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office<br />Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines<br />A proactive attitude with a willingness to learnDuties Assist Project Managers with the delivery of CAT A &amp; CAT B commercial fit out projects<br />Support the day-to-day running of multiple live projects<br />Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams<br />Attend site meetings and assist with recording progress<br />Help monitor project programmes, costs and quality standards<br />Liaise with clients, consultants and internal departments<br />Assist with procurement and material scheduling<br />Ensure projects are delivered safely and in line with company procedures<br />Support project handovers and completion documentation<br />Gain exposure to projects from pre-construction through to final completion Benefits £30,000 - £35,000 salary<br />28 days holiday plus Christmas shutdown bringing up to 34 days.
