Senior Project Manager - DV Cleared

Senior Project Manager, min 3 days a week in Basingstoke, DV Security clearance (current and up to date).

DV Security clearance is required and minimum of 3 days a week in Basingstoke

Experienced Senior Project Manager responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects within a secure, high-assurance environment. This role provides strategic oversight across multiple initiatives, manages senior stakeholder relationships, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Candidates must already hold active DV (Developed Vetting) Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
• Manage project governance, planning, risk, issues, forecasting, and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, senior stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and align resources to achieve strategic objectives.
• Oversee project financials, including forecasting and revenue recognition.
• Act as the senior escalation point for project and customer-related matters.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer engagements.
• Mentor and support junior project managers, driving best practice across the PMO.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards, tools, and processes.

Essential Requirements

• Current DV (Developed Vetting) Security Clearance is essential.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects in a secure environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
