The Role • Lead the product, category, and commercialization strategy for WasteLAB products, focusing on market differentiation, viability, positioning, and go-to-market execution. • Provide insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform enterprise-wide sustainable product strategy. • Drive new product development by defining requirements, contributing to roadmaps, and embedding sustainability principles. • Develop and execute product marketing strategies, including positioning, value propositions, messaging, and launch planning. • Monitor category performance, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities in collaboration with sales and marketing teams. • Develop and deliver sales enablement and training materials for internal teams, partners, and A&D professionals. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. • 8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, category management, or strategy. • Experience in consumer products, home improvement, or sustainability-driven product innovation. • Experience in a startup business culture is highly desirable. • Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to navigate a fast-moving and ambiguous environment.
