Job Description

 

We are seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant with strong expertise in business processes, data structures, and reporting requirements within S/4HANA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in large, complex, international SAP programs and can work confidently across business and technical teams.

The consultant will play a key role in requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional design, UAT, and ensuring reporting needs are met using tools such as BW/4HANA, SAC, A4O, and Fiori.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and interpret S/4HANA business processes, data structures, and source tables

  • Identify and validate source data required for business reporting

  • Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, and creation of functional specifications

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate reporting and analytics delivery

  • Support functional testing, data validation, UAT, and enduser training

  • Work effectively in fastpaced, multipriority environments

  • Partner with global stakeholders across business and IT

  • Ensure high-quality deliverables with strong ownership and resilience

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 8–15+ years SAP functional experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA

  • Deep understanding of business processes, data structures, and source tables

  • Experience with BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Analysis for Office (A4O), SAP Fiori

  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

  • Strong background in UAT, functional testing, and data validation

  • Experience working in large, complex, international SAP programs

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
