Position Summary

Graco is seeking a high-impact Senior Technical Product Manager (TPM), Commercial Applications to lead the roadmap, implementation, and operations of technology solutions supporting our core commercial and digital business functions.

This is not a traditional infrastructure TPM or a purely ERP-focused Product Manager. The ideal candidate is approximately 40% digital-commerce product leader, 30% techno-functional enterprise applications expert, and 30% business relationship & delivery leader. You will combine deep e-commerce/DXP expertise, commercial business-process knowledge, and Oracle ERP integration experience to drive efficiency and operational excellence globally.

What You Will Do at Graco

Product Delivery and Strategy

• Execute a comprehensive, multi-year product roadmap for enterprise application platforms at Graco, focusing on business process optimization, automation, and solution adoption to drive operational efficiencies.

• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise business applications that align with business goals and overarching IT strategy.

• Manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional designs, test plans, and other deliverables to support solution delivery.

Business Relationship Management

• Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, fostering trust and collaboration between IT and business leadership.

• Act as a technology thought leader and advisor, communicating equally well with marketing, sales, customer service, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT architecture teams.

• Gather business requirements, translate them into technology specifications, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery of product enhancements.

Techno-Functional Leadership

• Drive ownership across the complete commercial lifecycle: Website/E-commerce → Product Catalog → Pricing → Customer Account → Order Capture → Payment → ERP Order Management → Inventory → Fulfillment → Customer Service.

• Lead initiatives to modernize and re-platform applications to the cloud (e.g., AWS), overseeing integration efforts and ensuring a smooth transition between cloud and on-premises systems.

• Recommend technology solutions that enable simplification, globalization, unification, and harmonization of processes across business functions and regions.

• Develop and deliver training sessions and change management strategies to drive user adoption and platform understanding.

What You Will Bring to Graco (Ideal Candidate Profile)

• Experience: 8–12+ years of overall IT experience, with a strong domain expertise in enterprise websites, B2B/B2C ecommerce, and commercial digital experience applications.

• Core Focus: At least 4+ years managing digital commerce, customer-facing websites, or commercial applications.

• Modern Tech: At least 2+ years working with headless commerce, CMS, or Digital Experience Platforms (DXP).

• Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional global teams, manage vendor relationships, and direct system integrators. Proven experience owning a product roadmap, backlog, and application modernization initiatives.

• Methodologies: Expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery and product management best practices.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
