The Role

• Partner with stakeholders and Technology Procurement on RFIs and RFPs for technology vendors.
• Serve as a liaison to vendors, building and maintaining strong working relationships.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership through clear written, verbal, and visual updates.
• Manage cross-platform data and definitions to drive parity and maintain documentation.
• Analyze and synthesize customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and track initiative impact.
• Collaborate across product and non-product teams to influence strategic direction and establish launch governance.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3 years of applicable product management experience (e.g., Product Owner).
• 5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Relevant certifications in Product Management/Product Delivery field are preferred.
• Strong knowledge/expertise of the product domain, including business model, constraints, and user experiences.
