• Perform on-site and remote supplier oversight to ensure technical and quality requirements are met.
• Develop and implement Supplier Oversight Plans to manage critical document submittals, manufacturing activities, surveillance points, inspections, and tests.
• Coordinate activities across functions such as Supply Chain, Design Engineering, and Supplier Quality Oversight to drive supplier performance.
• Identify and escalate supplier issues, risks, and quality events, guiding prompt resolution.
• Monitor key supplier performance metrics, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvement plans.
• Evaluate procurement risk and develop strategies for supply security.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience in Power Generation or Nuclear Industries is preferred, but experience in related fields like Oil & Gas, Ship Building, or general manufacturing is also valuable.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, welding, assembly, NDE) and quality systems (e.g., Cpk analysis, PFMEAs).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications to ASME standards.
