As a Server Engineer II, you'll play a key role on our global Server Operations team, supporting and advancing a hybrid infrastructure with a strong emphasis on Active Directory and Windows Server across on-premises datacenters and cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure.

This role focuses on Active Directory and identity services, day-to-day Windows Server operations, proactive security remediation and optimization of cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability and performance. You'll partner across teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions while maintaining a secure and resilient environment that supports critical business operations.

Monitoring & Automation: Use tools such as SCOM, Zabbix, SCCM and Ansible Tower to monitor performance, resolve alerts, and automate configuration and deployment. Build PowerShell automation for routine administration.

Cloud Infrastructure: Engineer, operate and optimize Microsoft Azure environments, including virtual machines, Entra ID, RBAC roles, DNS, Azure Backup and Site Recovery. Support Landing Zone design and scalability.

Security & Compliance: Remediate vulnerabilities and identity-related risks, apply patches and Windows hardening baselines, and enforce least-privilege access. Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

Project Delivery: Contribute to provisioning, Windows Server upgrades, Active Directory migrations and disaster recovery planning. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver solutions that balance efficiency and stability.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain accurate operational procedures, system documentation and reports to support continuity and stakeholder transparency.
The Schedule for This Position Is

Participation in an on-call rotation and response to after-hours emergencies as required
Weekend maintenance windows, planned in advance, to support patching, upgrades and infrastructure changes with minimal business impact
What You'll Bring

Experience: 5-7 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, including at least 3 years administering Active Directory and Windows Server in large-scale enterprise environments.

Directory & Identity Management: Deep hands-on experience with Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Services (PKI) and Microsoft Entra Connect.

System Administration Skills: Advanced proficiency with Windows Server (2016-2025). Foundational experience with Linux distributions such as RHEL and Ubuntu is a plus.

Virtualization Experience: Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi, Nutanix Acropolis and Hyper-V.

Security & Scripting: Strong understanding of Active Directory security, vulnerability remediation, patch management and compliance best practices. Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
