DevOps Support Engineer

Title                                       : DevOps Support Engineer

Location                               : Richardson, TX (Hybrid)

Rate                                        : $56/hr on W2 & $ 61/hr on C2C

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 6+

Job Description:

Provide L2/L3 support for CI/CD tools and AWS DevOps infrastructure. Troubleshoot pipeline failures, manage Jenkins and GitHub Actions, support Docker/Kubernetes environments and AWS Lambda, perform root cause analysis, and ensure tool stability and SLA compliance. Develop automation scripts, maintain documentation, and coordinate with US-based teams during US business hours.

Responsibilities:

Independently troubleshoot CI/CD tools, AWS services, and infrastructure issues.

Lead incident communication, root cause analysis, and stakeholder updates.

Configure tools, implement fixes, and develop automation solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

·         CI/CD, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions

·         Docker and Kubernetes

·         AWS and AWS Lambda

·         Python/Shell Scripting

·         Linux and Windows server

·         Minimum 5+ years in must have skills
