job summary:

Technical Scrum Leader for the Onboard product team, responsible for driving end-to-end agile execution across multiple workstreams.

This role will lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery tracking while enforcing agile best practices and ensuring alignment with product priorities.

• The Scrum Leader will partner closely with product owners, engineering leads, and SRE teams to improve delivery predictability, remove impediments, and strengthen quality, operational readiness, and continuous improvement.
• This position replaces Paris Joseph and is critical to maintaining team cadence, accountability, and ongoing coaching of agile maturity across the Onboard space.
