Agile Scrum Master Consultant

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technology Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong experience leading large-scale Agile technology delivery programs.
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms, digital transformation, or modernization initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and SDLC methodologies.
• Strong program governance, RAID management, and risk mitigation experience.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial Services or Wealth Management technology experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with release management and enterprise change control processes.
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or related certifications preferred.
