The Role

• Operate, monitor, and control advanced automated production machinery in an automotive manufacturing setting.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and perform minor repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to premium quality standards through regular inspections and documentation.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and machine efficiency.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an electrical systems technician, industrial electronics technician, or industrial mechanic.
• Solid, specific expertise in electrical/electronics and experience in maintenance, repair, or commissioning.
• Proficiency in control technology, drive technology, and programming languages.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a willingness for shift work and further training.
