  • Coordinate with a range of stakeholders, including Front-Line Commands, to ensure operational needs are met
  • Support planning and execution of operational trials, testing, and evaluation activities

  • Contribute to development of training plans for operational personnel
  • Support transition planning for capability entering service
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant policy and acquisition frameworks
  • Help ensure capability meets required safety, environmental, and security standards
  • Maintain accurate records of operational requirements and deliverables
  • Support development of KPIs to measure operational effectiveness
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities, including organising meetings and workshops
  • Provide input into procurement strategy from an operational standpoint
  • Support integration of capability into the wider operating environment, ensuring interoperability
  • Contribute to capture and documentation of lessons learned
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for operational planning and decision-making

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-faceted operations
  • Strong background in coordination and logistics at a senior level (e.g. cargo, freight, or equivalent complex logistics management)
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities without close supervision
  • Experience supporting programme/project delivery within a structured governance environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel to site as operational requirements dictate
