Senior ML Engineer - Autonomous AI Agents

Zendesk is seeking a senior ML/AI systems engineer to operate at the cutting edge of agent architectures, planning, and multi-agent coordination. You will build production-grade platforms that enable autonomous agents to perceive, reason, and act within live customer-service workflows.

You will own both science and systems, develop memory structures, RL training infrastructure, and guardrails at scale, collaborating with globally distributed teams in a hybrid work model.
