Principal Product Manager – Healthcare | (GC)/(USC) | Only W2

Key Requirements:
• 8+ years of overall professional experience
• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Strong healthcare product development background
• Deep understanding of hospital operations & clinical workflows
• Experience with patient flow, care coordination, capacity management, command centers, and EMR/EHR environments
• Experience developing digital products for hospitals, health systems, providers, or clinical operations teams
• Strong customer discovery, product strategy, requirements, prioritization, and roadmap experience
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Data Science, UX, and other cross-functional teams
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills

Preferred:
• B2B healthcare software / SaaS / digital health
• AI, analytics, workflow automation, or decision-support products
• Business case, market analysis, pricing, or commercialization experience
• Healthcare privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory, clinical safety, or human factors knowledge
