The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location. • Perform a range of services including routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on light vehicles. • Manage your own stock, complete necessary reports, and maintain excellent customer communication. • Operate independently, making sound judgments to resolve customer issues effectively. • Represent the company professionally and provide a high standard of customer service. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
