Pay Range: $47 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
• Work 12-hour night shifts to ensure continuous patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Adhere to the 60-mile radius rule for travel assignments.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Active Colorado LPN/LVN license is required.
• Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
• Previous nursing home experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to meet travel assignment requirements.
