Lead Data Scientist – Marketing Analytics & AI

Location:  Cary ,NC 

Must Have

• 10+ years in Data Science / AI/ML.
• 5+ years mandatory in Insurance or Financial Services, especially Marketing, Sales, Customer Engagement, or Marketing Analytics.
• Strong hands-on Python, SQL, Statistics, Machine Learning.
• Experience with churn, retention, risk, fraud, underwriting, customer analytics, or marketing analytics.
• Production experience deploying ML/AI solutions, including APIs, batch, and real-time inference.
• Experience with Azure / Databricks / Azure ML.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• GenAI / LLM, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, and fine-tuning.
• Power BI / Dominos.
• ML-Ops and responsible AI experience.
• Employee benefits industry experience.
