The Role

• Setup and operation of processing machinery
• Quality inspection and documentation
• Maintenance, cleaning, and preventive upkeep of equipment
• Ensuring timely delivery and operational readiness of machinery
• Supporting trials of new technologies and processes
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator, Packaging Technologist, or equivalent
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• High level of responsibility and a proactive approach
• Independent and goal-oriented work ethic
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
