The Role

• Responsible for the monitoring and care of intensive and ventilated patients.
• Perform comprehensive basic and specialized nursing care to support patient recovery.
• Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team of doctors and therapists.
• Actively contribute to the development of nursing processes and patient care.
• Participate in the in-house resuscitation service.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse (General and Registered Nurse).
• Ideally, a completed specialization in intensive care nursing or a willingness to pursue it.
• Self-reliant and responsible work approach.
• High level of empathy, structured work habits, and a passion for nursing.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a service-oriented mindset.
