The Role

• Ensure an outstanding customer shopping experience, fostering high customer satisfaction.
• Support the First Salesperson in efficiently managing daily operations and team training.
• Undertake all necessary tasks within the sales floor and stockroom.
• Manage incoming goods, including checking, stocking, and monitoring expiration dates.
• Maintain freshness and stock levels for produce and bakery items.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with stockroom organization and cleaning.

What You'll Need

• A strong work ethic and a desire to contribute positively to the team.
• Completion of a retail apprenticeship, or equivalent professional experience/willingness to learn.
• A friendly demeanor and enjoyment in customer interaction.
• Enthusiasm for diligent and efficient task completion.
• Flexibility, team spirit, organizational skills, and leadership potential.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
