Description:

TFS Fleet Management is a new business unit focused on growing TFS Fleet and Mobility capabilities.  The Fleet Business Analyst – plays a critical role in supporting the Fleet Management operational processes that power Toyota’s business Mobility future.  By supporting vital Fleet Management processes such as Fleet Vehicle Ordering, Vehicle Registration, Telematics, Vehicle Maintenance Accident Management and Vehicle Remarketing the Fleet Business Analyst powers the full vehicle lifecycle fulfillment for our customers

Key Responsibilities:

Process & Operations Management

• Help manage general fleet business processes
• Vehicle ordering & delivery
• Telematics installs and inventory management
• Vehicle claims management support
• Manage the license and title process, track registration status, manage vehicle registration renewals, and support the vehicle remarketing process.
• Provide support to stakeholder inquiries.
• Help with data gathering and analytics

Qualifications: (Highlight Top 3-5 skills):

• At least 3+ years of process or project management (or equivalent experience)
• Strong documentation skills.  Experience in creating standard operating procedures or similar documentation
• Highly skilled with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience facilitating meetings

Education/Experience: Degree or related experience.

Added bonus:

• Fleet management experience not required
• Experience working with call center agents
