The Role

• Act as the primary deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient workflow
• Lead and guide a team, taking on partial management responsibilities
• Manage all operational tasks within the sales floor and stockroom
• Ensure a positive shopping experience and high customer satisfaction
• Handle inventory tasks, including stock replenishment and quality checks
• Perform cashier duties alongside stocking and cleaning responsibilities

What You'll Need

• A strong drive and desire to contribute to a high-performing team
• Completed vocational training in retail or relevant professional experience
• Friendly demeanor and enjoyment in customer interactions
• Willingness to work diligently and engage actively in tasks
• Flexibility, team spirit, organizational talent, and leadership experience
• Good German language skills (B1 level minimum) for effective communication
