Job Description

The Client is seeking an Oracle Benefits Configuration Analyst with hands-on experience configuring Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability (STD), and Long-Term Disability (LTD) plans in Oracle HCM/Fusion.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Oracle Benefits plans, programs, options, eligibility, rates, and coverage.
Support Life, STD, and LTD plan configuration and enrollment.
Translate business requirements into Oracle Benefits configurations.
Perform configuration testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
Support open enrollment, plan-year changes, and production issues.
Validate benefit eligibility, elections, coverage, premiums, and deductions.
Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and technical teams.
Prepare configuration and testing documentation.
