We’re hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for a Machinist position in Dresden, OH! This is a great opportunity for an experienced machinist or someone with a strong manufacturing background who is ready to learn machining skills.

Starting Pay: $15-$20/hour
Location: Dresden, OH
Job Type: Full-Time

Experienced machinists are encouraged to apply, but entry-level candidates may also be considered and trained. You do not have to know everything about machining to be considered. We’re looking for someone with a solid work history, good attendance, manufacturing experience, and a willingness to learn. What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate machining equipment according to specifications
• Follow blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and production requirements
• Measure and inspect parts using appropriate measuring tools
• Make basic machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting
• Monitor parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous machining experience is a plus, but not required
• Manufacturing, production, machine operation, or mechanical experience preferred
• Strong and consistent work history
• Good attendance and dependable work ethic
• Willingness to learn new equipment and machining processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical job duties
