The Role • Function as a Cashier and/or Stocker, taking a lead role in the absence of store management. • Assist in setting and maintaining store displays and promotional programs. • Provide exemplary customer service, assisting customers in locating merchandise and ensuring a positive shopping experience. • Follow company processes for receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining store presentation. • Support operational tasks such as unloading trucks, cleaning, and managing trash. • Act as a keyholder and assist with opening/closing procedures as directed. What You'll Need • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and understand percentages. • Knowledge of cash handling procedures, register operation, and deposit control. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members. • Understanding of safety policies and practices to maintain a secure environment. • High school diploma or equivalent experience. • Prior supervisory or relevant retail experience is preferred.
