The Role • Instrumenting, assisting, and performing runner duties in orthopedic, trauma, spinal, and shoulder surgeries. • Preparing, monitoring, and recovering patients during surgical procedures. • Ensuring smooth and efficient operating room processes in collaboration with medical specialists. • Participating in the on-call duty rota for the operating room after successful onboarding. • Contributing to interdisciplinary collaboration with various hospital departments. What You'll Need • Completed professional training as a Health and Nursing professional or Operating Room Technician (OTA). • Preferably, specialized training and/or prior experience in an operating room setting. • A passion for constructive, interdisciplinary teamwork in a dynamic and motivated team. • Strong communication skills, openness, and empathy towards patients.
