Business Analyst - Insurance, DLM, Customer Journeys £Market Rate (Inside IR35) Brighton / Manchester (1-2 days per week onsite) 6 months My client is a high-profile Insurance firm looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong General Insurance / PAS experience and knowledge of Document Lifecycle Management (DLM)/Document Management Systems, Business Rules, Business Processes and Customer Journeys. Requirements:

Strong BA experience within General Insurance.<br />Policy Admin System or Claims System experience.<br />Experience with Document Lifecycle Management (DLM) or content management /document management systems.<br />Knowledge of business rules, processes and workflow logic<br />Experience across customer documentation lifecycles, including quote, renewal and other customer touchpoints<br />Experience refining requirements and automated workflows<br />Strong Agile, requirements elicitation and stakeholder management experience<br />Nice to have: Hands-on involvement in Policy Administration System transformation projects<br />Strong understanding of Claims / PAS platforms such as Guidewire, Acturis, Duck Creek, or similar<br />Experience with ECM systems<br />Understanding of metadata strategy and governance<br />Good knowledge of CRM systems such as MS Dynamics / Salesforce / Peoplesoft<br />Immediate availability If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.<br />If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
