The Role • Manage and oversee projects in the Sanitary, Heating, and Ventilation (SHV) sectors on construction sites. • Lead and coordinate installation and subcontracting teams to ensure project execution aligns with contractual agreements. • Prepare and manage documentation for project billing, including accurate measurements. • Plan and manage material and personnel requirements for project sites. • Liaise directly with planners, architects, and other trade professionals. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as an Installation Mechanic for Sanitary, Heating, and Ventilation Technology, or a comparable qualification. • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar leadership role. • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications. • Experience with technical building equipment and industrial pipe and plant construction projects. • German language proficiency (minimum B2 level).
