Senior Coupa Administrator

Job Title: Coupa Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Coupa Administrator to own the configuration, governance, controls, and operational support of our Coupa Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform. The role will partner closely with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, SAP, Integration, and Data teams to ensure a scalable, compliant, and well-governed Coupa environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Coupa configuration, workflows, approvals, spend controls, supplier setup, and access governance.

• Support Coupa Procurement, Invoicing, Payments, and Supplier Management processes.

• Manage SOX controls, audit readiness, segregation of duties, and system documentation.

• Partner with SAP/ERP teams on vendor master, PO, invoice, payment, and integration processes.

• Lead incident resolution, root cause analysis, backlog management, and vendor/AMS coordination.

• Manage Coupa releases, regression testing, impact assessments, and change governance.

• Identify opportunities for workflow automation, process improvement, and increased touchless processing.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Source-to-Pay, Procurement Systems, Finance Technology, or related areas.

• Hands-on Coupa administration and/or implementation experience.

• Strong P2P/S2P knowledge, including approval workflows, spend controls, and supplier lifecycle management.

• Experience with SAP/ERP integrations.

• Experience in SOX-controlled environments, access governance, and audit support.

• Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with Coupa Procurement, Invoicing, Payments, and Supplier Management.

• Experience with data governance and product/triad operating models.
