We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 12+ years of expertise in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to analyze complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

• 12+ years of Data Analysis experience
• Strong SQL and database querying skills
• Experience with Python for data analysis and automation
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Ability to create dashboards, reports, and KPIs
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile environments

• Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud platforms
• Banking/Financial Services domain experience
• Exposure to data governance and data quality frameworks
