Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with large datasets, cloud environments, ETL/ELT processes, and modern data engineering tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
• Build and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and integration workflows
• Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models
• Support data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics platforms
• Ensure data quality, reliability, governance, and performance
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, Application teams, and business stakeholders
• Monitor and troubleshoot production data pipelines
• Implement automation and CI/CD practices for data workflows

Required Skills

• Strong Python
• Strong SQL
• Experience with Spark / PySpark
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Data warehouse/lake technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, or Synapse
• Experience with Kafka or other streaming technologies
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Airflow, dbt, Informatica, or similar orchestration/integration tools
• Git and CI/CD experience
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, and performance optimization
