OP Pfleger oder Operationstechnischer Assistent | Lorsch, Germany | On-site We are seeking a dedicated OP Nurse or Surgical Technologist to join a leading orthopedic specialty clinic known for its innovative treatments and high-quality patient care. Located in a vibrant region offering a blend of city life and natural beauty, this facility is committed to excellence in orthopedics, from joint replacements to spinal and sports injury surgery. The Role • Perform instrument sterilization, assist in surgeries, and fulfill the role of a circulating nurse within orthopedic, trauma, spinal, and shoulder surgery. • Prepare, monitor, and provide post-operative care for patients undergoing surgical procedures. • Ensure smooth and efficient operations in the operating rooms through interdisciplinary collaboration. • Participate in the on-call surgical rotation after successful onboarding. • Contribute to a dynamic and motivated team environment within a renowned orthopedic clinic. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Registered Nurse or Surgical Technologist (OTA). • Experience in an operating room setting is desirable but not mandatory. • A passion for constructive, interdisciplinary teamwork in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a patient-centered approach. • Ability to adapt to different surgical specialties within orthopedics.
