Job Description IDS is seeking a PC Technician to support enterprise IT operations and end-user support requirements. The selected candidate will assist with system maintenance, workstation configuration, troubleshooting, and IT support activities while supporting Army and Joint Mission Command system requirements.

Key Duties • Provide IT support in an Enterprise environment. • Troubleshoot system hardware and software. • Configure and validate network workstations. • Document and query reported incidents. • Support IT system operation, maintenance, and security. • Support Army and/or Joint Mission Command system interoperability requirements.

Requirements • Secret clearance. • Associate degree in an IT related field or four years’ professional experience. • Current certification that meets the requirements for the DCWF Client Systems Technician (411) at the Basic proficiency level. • Demonstrated knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols. • Demonstrated knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities. • Demonstrated knowledge of basic physical computer components and IT architecture. • Demonstrated knowledge of IT system operation, maintenance, and security. • Demonstrated knowledge of troubleshooting system hardware and software. • Demonstrated knowledge of configuring and validating network workstations. • Demonstrated knowledge of documenting and querying reported incidents. • Knowledge of interoperability of Army and/or Joint Mission Command systems. • Experience providing IT support in an Enterprise environment.

Compensation • Competitive Hourly Pay • Benefits Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
