The Job Youll Do;

  • Maintaining factory, warehouse, and office facilities to a high standard
  • Upholding and enhancing the safety, compliance, and quality of manufactured products
  • Ensuring all production and warehouse equipment is properly maintained and fully operational
  • Ensuring housekeeping standards are consistently met
  • Assisting production teams to support smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted operations
  • Overseeing subcontractors when required to ensure work is completed safely and effectively
  • Carrying out routine servicing of production machinery and addressing breakdowns promptly
  • Accurately documenting servicing activities, maintenance work, and equipment failures
  • Contributing to continuous improvement efforts aimed at improving machinery efficiency and reliability
  • Ordering spare parts when the Engineering Team Leader is unavailable
  • Participating in site opening and closing procedures while ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations

About you;

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above in Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance
  • Experience with PLC systems is advantageous
  • Multi-skilled with mechanical and electrical capability
  • Able to work well both in a team and individually
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
