Global Latency-Optimized Network Engineering Lead

Optiver is seeking a senior Network Engineering lead to own, evolve and scale the latency-sensitive global network infrastructure, spanning data centres, WAN and colocation, and to build a high-performing engineering team.

You will translate trading and technology priorities into network strategy, drive architecture standards, and lead critical initiatives across regions while balancing latency, resilience and risk.
