NSW Field Service Manager - Lead On-Site Tech Teams

Pro AV Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Service Manager to lead and support our Embedded On-site Technicians across NSW. This is a people-focused leadership role, ensuring the team is supported, connected and equipped to deliver high-quality service at customer sites.

Reporting to the Head of Managed Services, you will provide day-to-day guidance, coordinate coverage, develop technicians, and work with Service Operations and VNOC to ensure consistent service delivery and safety standards
