Strategic Agile Transformation Leader

Pathway Search in Australia seeks an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to drive Agile ways of working across a large enterprise's technology transformation programs. This full-time role partners with senior stakeholders to embed Agile practices at scale within a complex, matrixed organisation.

You'll coach leaders, design the transformation playbook, run maturity assessments, and guide adoption of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, tailoring approaches to a media-focused environment.
