An international law firm is looking to appoint a Partner to establish and grow its Real Estate Transactions practice in Amsterdam.

This is a strategic investment hire offering the chance to build a leading real estate platform, supported by an established international network and a growing local office. The successful individual will play a key role in shaping the direction and growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the firm's Real Estate Transactions offering in the Netherlands.
• Advise investors, developers, funds, financial institutions, and corporate clients on complex real estate transactions.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
• Work closely with colleagues across corporate, finance, tax, and restructuring practices.
• Mentor and help build a high-performing real estate team.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with a strong track record in real estate transactions.
• Established network within the Dutch real estate market.
• Demonstrable client following or portable business.
• Ambition to build and grow a practice.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
