About the Role
Join a construction technology company as an Account Executive responsible for building a new Texas territory. You will manage the full sales cycle, using your general contractor relationships and outbound prospecting to grow adoption of a visual progress tracking platform.
What You'll Do
Source, prospect, and close new business with targeted general contractors in Texas and across the country.
Build relationships through job site visits, industry events, lunch-and-learns, and your construction industry network.
Make 50 to 100 outbound calls per day and develop pipeline with support from business development and marketing colleagues.
Manage pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot, and drive adoption across multiple projects and accounts.
Partner with marketing and customer success to support a consistent customer experience and account growth.
What We're Looking For
Four to eight years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, including selling to Tier 1 and Tier 2 general contractors.
A strong, established network of general contractor relationships in the construction industry.
A track record of meeting or exceeding quota in new business sales to mid-market or enterprise accounts.
Experience sourcing pipeline through outbound prospecting into named accounts, engaging multiple stakeholders, and managing sales beyond short-cycle transactional deals.
Experience working at an early-stage startup and familiarity with HubSpot, power dialers, and AI sales tools.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $125,000 to $140,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Hybrid role based in Dallas, Texas.
