The Role

• Support the efficient management of store operations and staff training as a deputy to the First Assistant.
• Oversee and execute all tasks within the sales floor and stockroom, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Monitor incoming goods, arrange products on the sales floor, and meticulously check expiration dates.
• Replenish and ensure the freshness of produce and baked goods to maintain high standards.
• Handle cashier duties and contribute to essential stockroom and cleaning activities.
• Provide an outstanding shopping experience for every customer.

What You'll Need

• Demonstrated energy and a proactive approach to contributing to the team's success.
• A completed apprenticeship in retail, or relevant professional experience, or be a motivated career changer.
• A friendly demeanor and genuine enjoyment in interacting with customers.
• Eagerness to work diligently, efficiently, and contribute hands-on.
• Flexibility, a strong team spirit, organizational talent, and leadership experience.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
