Live-in Superintendent

We are hiring a Live-in Superintendent to play a hands-on role in the operation of a condominium property. This role is well suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining high building standards, supporting residents, and helping coordinate the work needed to keep a residential community functioning at its best.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily condominium operations and respond promptly to resident concerns.
• Handle after-hours emergencies while living on-site at the condominium property.
• Monitor contractors, maintenance schedules, and compliance with condominium policies.
• Perform routine inspections and coordinate repairs with qualified service contractors.
• Maintain common areas, building systems, and grounds in clean condition.

• 2+ years of experience as a condominium superintendent or in residential building operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire and life safety systems, general repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of emergency response in a residential building environment.
• Experience communicating with residents and coordinating with contractors.
• Eligibility to work in Canada.
• Availability for on-call contact at all times.
