The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to electronic security systems, working both independently and as part of a team.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize application availability and proactively identify system faults.
• Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings.
• Document all system modifications accurately using a digital change control system.
• Conduct pre-deployment testing for all upgrades and major modifications, and perform on-site installations.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
• Certifications in enterprise-grade CCTV and Access Control systems are a plus.
