Nursing Unit Manager - Registered Nurse 
We are a Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm since 1955. Our state-of-the-art services, amenities, and excellent staff make Kahl Home a premier nursing facility in the Quad Cities. We are seeking to hire a Nursing Unit Manager - Registered Nurse - RN. Nursing Unit Manager - Registered Nurse - RN Qualifications:
Current licensure in the State of IA as an RN - Registered Nurse.

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in nursing supervision or nursing management in Long-Term Care. Nursing Unit Manager - Registered Nurse - RN Qualifications:
Assist in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan. Regular rounding on nursing units to supervise staff, check residents, greet all new admissions. Ensure staff follow facility policies and procedures. Monitor and assure that incidents, accidents and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly.

Facilitate communication between licensed nurses and providers, responsible parties or outside vendors. Assist in ensuring adequate staffing for the nursing department. Assist in direct resident care and work as a staff nurse, as necessary. Health (Aetna), Dental, Vision, HSA with employer contribution
