We're hiring for a Lead Software Developer to join a dynamic team working on an innovative Air Traffic Management program. This program provides advanced capabilities to enhance aircraft safety, performance, and efficiency across global airspace.

### The Role

• Design, develop, and maintain software components, both independently and collaboratively
• Participate in software planning, estimation, and technical discussions
• Translate system requirements into robust software designs
• Lead the implementation of complex features, ensuring scalability and maintainability
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity
• Contribute to best practices for responsible AI usage, including code validation and compliance

### What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in C++, Python, or Qt for production-quality code
• Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted software development tools
• Strong ability to evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated code
• Solid understanding of software design principles, debugging, and testing methodologies
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks and provide technical guidance
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance (US Citizenship required)
